Cold Storage Manager
Location: Virginia 5120 SA

Vacancy: Multiple
Tenure: Full-time, Permanent
Salary range : $65,000 - $70,000

Required Skills and Qualifications

At least a relevant AQF Diploma or equivalent OR
Three (3) years employment experience as a cold storage manager.
Hard working ethics and good attitudes.
Demonstrate strong genuine and long-term employment commitment.
Prepare to relocate, live and work in regional area and regional adjustment.
Required Experience:

At least two (2) years of relevant work experience.

Position Summary:

4WaysFresh is a leading horticultural enterprise committed to sustainable farming and innovation. We operate across multiple farms in WA and SA, producing high-quality crops for domestic and export markets. We are looking for skilled and experienced Cold Storage Managers who will be responsible for managing cold storage operations to ensure proper handling, temperature control, and preservation of horticultural produce.

This is a full-time position which may involve weekend or public holidays work and some unplanned hours of work where the need arises (paid accordingly).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Product Picking in chiller and freezer environment.
Repetitive Manual Handling.
Stacking products in cold stores.
Experience within the food manufacturing industry is preferred.
Sound knowledge in WHS & GMP procedures
Ability to withstand working in a cold room environment ranging from 3 degrees and up.
Picking fresh food stock from production line.
Working in a cold storage environment.
Accurately packing stock.
Managing a team.
